We've had anxious generations before, so my advice to Zoomers is to own their anxiety and realize they'll be a great generation anyway:

Thank you for sharing the article! I do agree that despite the mental issues, we'll eventually turn out great, but overcoming anxiety cannot be done overnight, so I guess we all need time to figure that out.

excellent write up! Pretty sure the financial insecurity bit cuts across gens as we're seeing more polarization in income and a wacky economy, but nevertheless, I guess gen Z being the last in to the workforce would feel it more than others....

Yes, that's an excellent point on the issue. Most Gen Zers are either fresh graduates or those with several years of working experience, so their attitude towards layoffs and financial constraints might be a bit different to the previous generations.
